What to Expect at your Head Spa
Parking: If street parking is unavailable, park in **City Square (orange building across from us)**. Pay for parking first, then get reimbursed at checkout.
Personal Belongings: Remove all accessories before service. Basket and hangers provided. *Please remove necklaces, bracelets, and rings for package 3.
Attire: A top is provided for your service. Strapless top optional. Men can remove shirts.
Massage Table: Reclines fully to 180°, includes back & foot heaters. Setup cannot be adjusted.
Package Inclusions:
Waterfall Treatments:** Package 2 & 3 have longer waterfall time for neck & head.
Facial Wash (Optional):** Makeup removal included; recommended to come makeup-free.
Standard Blow-Dry Included** (styling available for additional charge, call ahead).
Appointment Changes: Call at least 24 hours in advance.
Group Appointments: For 3+ people, notify 3–4 business days in advance.
Deposit Requirement: 20% deposit required; non-refundable but applied to service.

Who May Not Be Suitable:

5. Back/neck problems (lying for 50+ minutes may cause discomfort).
