What to Expect at your Head Spa

Arrival Time: Arrive 5–10 minutes early to check in and sign the waiver form. Allow extra time for traffic and parking.

Massage Table: Reclines fully to 180°, includes back & foot heaters. Setup cannot be adjusted.

Package Inclusions:

Steamer Notice: Steamer can be loud; inform us if noise-sensitive.

Waterfall Treatments: Package 2 & 3 have longer waterfall time for neck & head.

Facial Wash (Optional): Makeup removal included; recommended to come makeup-free.

Standard Blow-Dry Included (styling available for additional charge, call ahead).

Appointment Changes: Call at least 24 hours in advance.

Deposit Requirement: 20% deposit required; non-refundable but applied to service.

1. Cancellation Policy

Within 1 Day (24 hour): Cancel without penalty; deposit refundable.

After 1 Day: Deposit non-refundable.

2. Rescheduling Policy

Within 1 Day (24 hour): Reschedule without penalty; deposit transferred to new date.

After 1 Day: Deposit non-refundable; new deposit required.

3. Late Arrival Policy

Late arrivals lose equivalent service time; cannot accommodate full session if late. Full fee still applies.

Who May Not Be Suitable:

1. Severe scalp conditions (psoriasis, eczema, open sores).

2. Allergies/sensitivities to hair/scalp products.

3. Recent scalp/head injuries.

4. Certain medical conditions (migraines, infections).

5. Back/neck problems (lying for 50+ minutes may cause discomfort).

6. Pregnancy (consult healthcare provider first).

7. Recent hair treatments (chemical straightening, perming, coloring).

No-shows forfeit deposit.

Repeat no-shows may face booking restrictions & must pay deposit upfront.
